William Ritner earned his BSME in 2011 from California Polytechnic University with an emphasis in energy systems. Immediately finding employment at an aviation EWIS supplier, he began developing innovative solutions and was awarded US Patent 8956166 for his work. Continuing his career at Glenair, Inc he leads the High-Voltage Interconnect Solutions Group to develop lightweight and reliable interconnect solutions focused on Advanced Air Mobility applications. Supporting the broader community, he volunteers his time to SAE as Vice Chairman of AE-10, Ambassador to E-40, and member-producer in HVCC, EASG, AE-11, and E-36 committees.
