Founder & Exec Director of Telepath Systems, Inc – a non-profit enterprise advocating the education of Systems Thinking, as well as advancement and adoption of Systems Methods for addressing complex challenges in modern society. Telepath Systems is the prime organizer & sponsor of Energy & Mobility (former EnergyTech) Conference & Exposition, held in Cleveland OH, a unique conference event supported by NASA, INCOSE, InfraGard, and others. EnergyTech conferences have been managed by Telepath Systems since 2014.

Industry background includes nearly two decades of work at NASA GRC in support of International Space Station. Design Engineering & Development, Project/Program Mgmt, Executive Management. Assigned 9 patents in the field of automotive electronics / systems for truck adaptive braking and on-board information systems. Developer of “Tripmaster” product for heavy vehicle system diagnostics & monitoring. Contributed to OnStar vehicle system development at OPEL/ GM-Europe.  Engaged in various community and ethnic social functions and education causes. 

Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of success working in various industries, including Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, and Telecommunications industry. Skilled in Analytical Methods, General Management, Start-ups, and Product Development. Strong business development experience built on a solid foundation in Engineering, with a BSEE and MSEE from Cleveland State University. with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Detroit, Served as Adjunct Professor for 7 years teaching in IT, Quantitative Methods and Decision Theory to Executive MBAs.
