Founder & Exec Director of Telepath Systems, Inc – a non-profit enterprise advocating the education of Systems Thinking, as well as advancement and adoption of Systems Methods for addressing complex challenges in modern society. Telepath Systems is the prime organizer & sponsor of EnergyTech Conference & Exposition, held in Cleveland OH, a unique conference event supported by NASA, INCOSE, InfraGard, and others. EnergyTech conferences have been managed by Telepath Systems since 2014.

Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of success working in various industries, including Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, and Telecommunications industry. Skilled in Analytical Methods, General Management, Start-ups, and Product Development. Strong business development experience built on a solid foundation in Engineering, with a BSEE and MSEE from Cleveland State University. with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Detroit, Served as Adjunct Professor for 7 years teaching in IT, Quantitative Methods and Decision Theory to Executive MBAs.

Assigned 9 patents in the field of automotive electronics / systems for truck adaptive braking and on-board information systems. Developer of “Tripmaster” product for heavy vehicle system diagnostics & monitoring. Contributed to OnStar vehicle system development at OPEL/ GM-Europe.

Industry background includes Design Engineering & Development, Project/Program Mgmt, Executive Management. Engaged in various community and ethnic social functions and education causes.
