Apply for NSF Sholarship

To apply for the registration & travel reimbursement scholarship, you must submit the application form. Our judges will review and notify you of approval for reimbursement.

REGISTER for the E&M Conference

Upon notification of approval, you should register for the conference – as STUDENT. Prepare your presentation material or participation plan. 

REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 15

Attend the E&M Conference and present

You must be present at the conference and complete your presentation to receive reimbursement. Maintain  receipts for travel and registration.

Submit Expenses for reimbursement

Submit the request for reimbursement, along with expense details as appropriate.

Scholarship Application

Applications Close: May 31, 2026 | 5 pm ET

ENERGY&MOBILITY is seeking applications from university students interested or enrolled in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math programs to attend our conference and to be considered for a place on our student panel.

This scholarship opportunity is open to applicants from any educational institutions, and the amount awarded will cover cost to attend, including (limited) travel reimbursement.
